1. Preheat your oil to 350 – 375 degrees.
2. Your wings should be washed, rinsed and set aside.
3. In either a large plastic bag or container that has a lid that seals, place 2
tablespoons of coating per every 4 wings you are going to cook. The coating
goes a long way.
4. Place the wings in the bag or plastic container with the coating mix. Shake
the wings around in the coating until they are all fully covered with the
coating mix.
5. After the wings are coated, set aside.
6. We suggest cooking 8 wings at a time. It is best to have plenty of room for
the oil to cook all the way around them and avoid sticking to each other.
CAREFUL, DO NOT to put too many and let the oil overflow. It is better to
cook less at a time than more.
7. The cooking time will be 6 – 8 minutes depending on the temperature of the
oil as well as the functionality of the heat source and your location. It is
important to keep the temperature between 350 – 375 degrees at all times.
8. After removing the first batch, check one to make sure it is thoroughly
cooked. The way to determine if they are done is the chicken meat is firm to
the touch and there is no redness against the bone. If necessary, cook for
2-3 minutes longer.
9. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you are done cooking all of your wings.
